Return & Refund Policy – ViNi T.O.Y.S

At ViNi T.O.Y.S, we take great care in delivering our products to you, ensuring quality and safety for your little ones. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We offer hassle-free return or replacement in the following cases:
- The product was damaged during transit or on arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- You are unsatisfied and want to return the product for any reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To raise a return or replacement request, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via either of the following:

Please include the following details:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos showing the damage or issue (if applicable)
- Reason for return or replacement

3. Refund & Replacement Process

- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up or guide you on the return process.
- The full product amount along with return courier charges will be refunded after we receive the product back at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of product receipt and quality check.
- In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item.

4. Important Notes

- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during return transit.
