• Warranty is applicable only for eligible toys sold by Vini Toys
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Warranty is valid only if the product is registered for warranty after purchase
• Warranty registration is mandatory to claim warranty support

⏳ Warranty Duration

• Warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of delivery

📝 Warranty Registration

• Customers must register the product after delivery to be eligible for warranty
• Warranty registration must be completed using valid order details
• Products not registered for warranty will not be eligible for warranty claims

❌ Warranty Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear from regular use
• Damage due to improper handling, rough usage, overloading, or misuse
• Battery, charger, lights, music, or electronic parts damaged due to water exposure, wrong charging, or misuse
• Physical damage, cracks, scratches, stains, dents, or accidental damage after delivery
• Damage caused due to self-repair, modification, or unauthorized service
• Missing parts or damage reported after the allowed claim period

📩 Warranty Claim Process

• Share your order details along with clear images/videos of the issue
• Our team will review and verify the claim
• If approved as a manufacturing defect, we will assist with replacement of the defective part or product as per warranty terms and availability
